We’re looking for a skilled colleague to join our team at Sidera Digital. You’ll work alongside talented professionals to help our clients build and scale their online businesses. We serve both local and global clients, and we’re a certified Google Partner.
As a Social Media Manager at Sidera Digital, you’ll be the storyteller and strategist behind our clients’ online presence. You’re not just posting content—you’re shaping brand voice, sparking engagement, and driving growth across platforms. You’ll blend creativity with analytics, manage campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful social experiences.
Your workweek will include content planning, creative concepting, community interaction, trend scouting, ad performance analysis, and ongoing optimization—all aimed at building active and loyal communities online.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage and optimize company and client social profiles
- Create detailed monthly content calendars
- Plan, create, and publish varied content—graphics, copy, photos, videos, reels, stories
- Coordinate content shoots and develop scripts for reels/videos
- Handle real-time community management—respond to comments and messages
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns
- Monitor social trends and introduce new formats and approaches
- Analyze content performance and report monthly results
- Communicate directly with clients
- Continuously learn and develop skills
Requirements
- 3+ years managing social media
- Proficient in content creation on FB, IG, TikTok
- Experience with planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Kontentino)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Creative, visually aware, detail-oriented, analytically minded
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Advanced skills in Canva, CapCut, Captions
- Not suited for junior candidates
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic design (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager
