PPC Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled colleague to join our team at Sidera Digital. You’ll work alongside talented professionals to help our clients build and scale their online businesses. We serve both local and global clients, and we’re a certified Google Partner.

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, and implement PPC strategies and campaigns for clients
• Create ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze the performance of existing PPC campaigns
• Manage budgets and set them up in ad accounts
• Maintain, adjust, and set up new campaigns
• A/B test creatives and ad formats to find the most effective solutions
• Manage and maintain keywords in search campaigns
• Report on campaign performance (Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
• Communicate with clients during reporting phases
• Pursue continuous learning (trainings, workshops, conferences)
• Identify new opportunities within campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on trends in performance marketing, PPC & e-commerce

As a PPC Specialist at Sidera Digital, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online success of our clients. You won’t just be clicking buttons in ad platforms, you’ll be creating PPC strategies, analyzing data, and turning insights into actions that drive real results. Whether it’s launching a new e-commerce brand or optimizing a long-running campaign, your work will have a direct impact. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and other marketers to create meaningful digital experiences that convert.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in PPC advertising and performance marketing
• Experience managing budgets and setting up campaigns
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets (all required!)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Able to logically justify decisions with a data-driven mindset
• Professional-level communication skills
